What is the required configuration to read, play and listen to the content?
Our site and the content of the Member Zone can be accessed on Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop and Desktop with a browser and an Internet connection. Please make sure you have the latest updated version of your browser.
I have lost my password, what do I do?
Your password was sent to you by email when you registered. If you can no longer find this email, click on the "Forgot your password?" link in the login form.
How can I check the status of my subscription?
Log in to the Member Area and drop down the My Account menu, click on the My Customer Area link and then Manage My Profile.
Are the payments secure?
Yes, all payments and transactions are fully secure, confidential and carried out according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard in an environment validated and approved by Visa and Master Card. In addition, as required by law, we do not store any banking data on our servers.
